Сдается уютный дом с баней из бруса. Баня входит в стоимость! На территории имеется большой открытый бассейн 100 кубов. Глубина 1.60 см, теннисный стол, зона барбекю с навесом, площадка для отдыха, качели, детская площадка для игр, детские качели, красивый пруд с утками, фруктовый сад.

На первом этаже располагается кухня с большим столом на 12 человек, терраса с большим столом. Так же есть стол со стульями у мангальной зоны с видом на пруд. Баня на дровах.

На втором этаже бильярдная с комнатой отдыха и спальными местами. Бильярд входит в стоимость. Отопление газом, теплые полы. Дом рассчитан на 8 человек с ночевкой.

Прекрасное место отметить свадебное торжество, День Рождения, корпоративные вечеринки. Рядом каскад прудов с купальной зоной отдыха, очень красивая природа. Охраняемая стоянка, имеется детский бассейн.
Удобно добраться до Москвы общественным транспортом. В 10 минутах ходьбы до магазинов и ресторанов. Все фото соответствуют фактическому состоянию дома и участка.

Мы рады гостям, которые умеют отдыхать спокойно, выпивать культурно и знакомы с законом о тишине в МО. Слушать музыку на улице можно до 22ч.
Заезд после 14 ч, выезд до 12 ч. Если выезд раньше срока, то денежные средства не возвращаются.
