Для маленьких гостей-детская кроватка, стульчик для кормления. В доме установлена система фильтрации и очистки воды. На территории -гараж и 1 парковочное место. Также авто можно поставить за территорией коттеджа. Пользование сауной входит в стоимость проживания. Коттедж вмещает до 8 взрослых гостей. Рядом гипермаркет глобус, леруа мерлин, аптеки. Первый этаж -гостиная, кухня, санузел. Второй этаж-3 спальни, санузел. Третий этаж-спальня. Цокольный этаж-сауна, санузел, постирочная. На территории запрещается использование любой пиротехники, шуметь и слушать музыку после 22. 00. Курить в доме запрещено. Финальная уборка 3000 руб.
