Advantages:

Очень радушные хозяева, отличное месторасположения. Много спальных мест, есть все много посуды. Чистое постельное бельё. Есть стиральная машина. Парковочные места бесплатные и всегда есть место.

Disadvantages:

Требуется уборка или клининг, все раковины и ванна неочищенные, грязно. Мебель «засаленная». В подъезде пахнет подвалом. Дом старый. В туалете, из унитаза очень пахнет, чистящие средства даже не помогают. Очень видавшая виды квартира. Окна не мытые давно. Нет микроволновки(.
